About Me
High performance has shaped my life from an early age.
As a professional cyclist, I progressed quickly through the ranks — winning British titles, World and European medals, and competing at three Commonwealth Games. I took my first World Cup victory at 18 and spent over a decade performing at the highest level of the sport.
By my mid-twenties, I was physically and mentally burnt out. That experience changed how I understand performance.
Rather than stepping away, I chose to deepen my understanding of the human side of performance — completing a physiotherapy degree and, over the past eight years, building experience across the NHS, private practice, and elite sport. Alongside this, I’ve coached cyclists across all ages and stages, from developing riders through to those progressing toward international competition.
Today, my work brings these experiences together. As both a cycling coach and physiotherapist, I don’t separate performance from health. Every decision is informed by training history, injury risk, lifestyle, and long-term development — not just short-term outcomes.
My approach is built on experience, knowledge, and care. I don’t chase shortcuts or quick fixes. I work with athletes who are committed to progressing — consistently, sustainably, and with confidence — while protecting their long-term health.
Whether you’re a developing rider or a committed athlete with limited time, my role is to provide clarity, direction, and trust — so your effort translates into meaningful progress.
