About Me
I took my first World Cup victory and World Championship medal at 18. By my mid-twenties I was physically and mentally burnt out. That experience changed everything about how I understand performance.
Rather than stepping away from sport, I chose to understand it differently. I completed a physiotherapy degree and spent the last eight years working across the NHS, private practice, and elite sport — while continuing to coach cyclists from developing riders through to those competing at international level.
That combination is what shapes how I work today. As both a coach and physiotherapist, I don't separate performance from health. Training load, injury risk, recovery, and long-term development are all part of the same picture — and every decision I make is informed by that.
I work with athletes who are committed to progressing consistently and sustainably. My role is to provide clarity and direction — so your effort actually translates into results, without the burnout, breakdown, or guesswork that so often gets in the way.
